Part 2
Part 2 the Manual prepares you for your first 1on1 confidential pre-mediation meeting with the mediator, often referred to as a Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting or MIAM helping you to complete your pre-mediation questionnaire for the mediator.
Part 2 also includes a detailed chapter about communication in mediation and another chapter which explains in some detail how to work with your solicitor to support you at each stage of the mediation process, as part of your mediation support team.
