Some of you may know me from my time as a family solicitor and collaborative practitioner and some of you may know me as a family mediator. 

I really just want to let all of you know how grateful I and our family mediators are for the mediations and MIAMs you have referred to us this year. Thank you.

Having mediated for over 25 years, I have now been exclusively mediating for over 12 years, having left my legal practice behind in 2010, when I set up Compass Resolution Ltd.

How the time has flown !

Between 2011-2022 I added Civil mediation accreditation, a Divorce Coaching Diploma and Neuro Linguistic Practice to my portfolio and written the online Divorce Manual for separating couples, which took me a little longer than I expected. 2 years longer to be exact ! 

I now specialise in Family Mediation (and Divorce Coaching) or, what I refer to as ‘Supported Family Mediation‘, working in a multi-disciplinary and integrated way with my clients and other experts (incl Solicitors) around the mediation process, putting to use my experience as a Civil and Family Mediator, Family Collaborative Solicitor, Divorce Coach and NLP Comms specialist.

My Company Compass Resolution Ltd offers private and legal aid family mediation around the country through our excellent fully accredited family mediators, from Leeds in the North to London and Exeter in the South.

We have a team of 18 family mediators offering private online mediation and MIAMs (my organisation also offers online and face to face legal aid mediation and the Voucher system).

We also now have a growing team of divorce coaches and finance, parent/children support experts and services, to offer our clients.
